About The Netrun#

Formerly the DEF CON 610 Pub Crawl CTF.

Once a year DC610 turns downtown Easton into a cyber capture-the-flag arena. Flags are hidden in and around the venues we know and love. You (or your team if you have one) walk the route and score points by solving the challenges at each location.

Who can play?#

We welcome anyone with the Hackers Mindset, a state of rabid curiosity and mental fortitude to figure out how a thing works. If you’ve got a passion for puzzles and technology, you’re our people. This includes students of all ages as we are most certainly kid friendly.

When & where#

  • Date: Saturday, November 21st, 2026
  • Time: We do the kickoff at Easton Public Market at Noon Eastern and go until 9pm.
  • The Route
    • Begin @ Easton Public Market. This will be our home-base for the first 5 hours. We’ll be setup in the the dining space at the rear of the market, across from Scratch pizza.
    • Sakade just around the corner from EPM. Games, drinks, axe throwing while you work our challenges.
    • The Game Gallery has even more arcade games and the perfect vibe for some cyberpunk tomfoolery.
    • Ending @ Vault Brewing where our awards and closing ceremonies will be held. Vault is our home-base for our monthly meetups so come hungry and tip well.
  • Scorebord Closes: 8:00PM, Scoring/awards follow

How to play#

  1. Register. Visit our Eventbrite event page for the 610 Netrun. You’ll have the option of the free general admission ticket or a $25 tier that also includes a limited edition tshirt.
  2. Form a team. Our scoreboard allows teams, of up to 4. Bring friends! You can form a team of 1 if you prefer.
  3. Get the scoreboard. The scoreboard will be located here and runs CTFd.
  4. Walk the route and hunt flags. Flags are physical, digital, and everything in between. Bring a laptop or a phone you’re comfortable working from.
  5. Submit before time’s up. Submit flags as you find them! All of the challenges will be brought to Vault Brewing at 6:00PM, and you get one last shot at them until 8:00PM.
